          Pam can help advise lay conservators and trustees as to resources, laws and regulatory requirements.

FEES

Pam bills either hourly or as a percentage of assets, depending on the type and complexity of the case. Hourly fees range from $150-$295 per hour based on the task being performed. For decedent and ongoing Trust Administrations greater than $1 million, Pam charges a percentage of assets ranging from 0.5% to 1%.  Detailed fee schedules will be provided upon initial consultation or beginning of the case.
